step by step
to make your USB disk protected from autorun.inf viruses by autorun.inf that we make it self and can not be deleted by pressing DEL on keyboard.

example your USB drive letter is (F)
1). create new folder (autorun.inf) in your USB drive;
click your USB drive, and in hte right side right clik new> folder and type: autorun.inf

2). go to start menu> run> type NOTEPAD
type below;

type nul > "\\?\F:\autorun.inf\con.tain zokishmael"

and save as;
filename= go.bat
go is just a name of file (you can change it)
. bat is extension of file (like; .doc, .rtf, .jpg etc.)
in drive (f) with file type; all files

3. double clik the file go.bat
and it mean you give the command to creating file; con.tain zokishmael in autorun.inf folder


autorun.inf\con.tain zokishmael can be replace; like;
autorun.inf\con.gain your name

but con. it only replace by;
CON, PRN, AUX, NUL, COM1, COM2, COM3, COM4, COM5, COM6, COM7, COM8, COM9, LPT1, LPT2, LPT3, LPT4, LPT5, LPT6, LPT7, LPT8, LPT9

if you change con. with other name the folder autorun.inf can be delete and replace by another file by viruses or any automatic generator.
